Our fall food drive has become even more vital. Help us get food to all those in our community who need it. We are partnering with @southphlcommunityfridge to make weekly donations to their @buildingbok location right in our neighborhood. Consider bringing in a donation with you next time you are here for class or running errands on the Ave. Every time you drop off item(s), you will receive a raffle entry for free classes or money credits to be drawn on Dec 1. What’s your favorite mat class at the studio?! Mat Pilates is an approachable way to build the body awareness and control that form the foundation of this practice. Learn breath techniques designed to calm the nervous system, boost focus, and support emotional balance. Ease into a soothing sound meditation with crystal bowls, chimes, and hopefully Jamie will treat us to the ocean drum again! 🌊 12/21 @ 5pm: SUNDAY STRETCH + SOUNDBATH w/ @alignwith_ab. Embrace calmness, release tension, and reset for the week.
