Mixed Pilates Circuit is not your average class. One-minute intervals. Multiple stations. Mat, springboard, and reformer exercises curated into one seamless circuit. Move around the room together, but at our own pace and your own station. This format is uniquely ours! Tuesday takeover + an extra evening class added! Tuesdays are shifting up starting next week (1/20) with Mat Pilates and Mindful Mat led by one of (stay tuned!) our newest instructors, @abigail_mosier. ๐On top of a Mat Pilates certification + a professional dance background, Abigail holds certifications in the Franklin Method and Assisted Stretching. We are so excited to bring her knowledge in these areas to Tuesday nights! ๐Remember, Mindful is still a full-body workout, but with moments dedicated to holding postures or flowing through deep stretches.
